Call for Abstracts – 23rd Scientific Meeting of AAOT & 1st Scientific Meeting of TAOOP

We are pleased to invite abstract submission for the 23rd Scientific Meeting of AAOT & 1st Scientific Meeting of TAOOP, which will bring together leading experts, clinicians, and researchers in the fields of Orofacial Pain, Temporomandibular Disorders, and Dental Sleep Medicine.

We invite both submissions of 'original research' and 'clinical case reports' for E-poster presentations. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

Important Dates

• Abstract Submission Deadline: September 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (Bangkok Time)
• Notification of Acceptance: By October 15, 2025 (Bangkok Time)
• Accepted abstracts will be published in the official conference proceedings.

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

1. Submission method: Presenters must fill in the Abstract Submission Form and attach the abstract file using the template provided.
2. Language: All abstracts must be written in English no more than 300 words.
3. Originality: Abstract content must not be published (in print or digital format), previously presented, or accepted for presentation at any other meeting at the time of submission.
4. Submission Confirmation: After submitting, a confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge successful submission.
5. The mode of presentation will be only E-poster (details will be provided upon acceptance).
6. Registration Requirement: Each presenting author of an accepted abstract is required to register for the conference. The deadline for early bird registration will be October 31, 2025.
